• This is a CARDLESS meet. Parents, PLEASE mark swimmers with their last
  name on the right FRONT shoulder and events on their arms (it is helpful to
  heating/timer volunteers to have this information visible).
• Parking: You can park in the upper parking lot by the clubhouse, the lower parking lot by the pool, or on the streets surrounding the clubhouse and pool, being careful of homes and driveways. If you park on East Glasgow Drive please be sure to only park on the northside of the street. There is also parking at Black Forest Hills Elementary on East Glasgow Drive. 
• Tent Set up: Teams will set up on the grassy areas outside the pool (See the attached event map). There is a gate at the back of the pool to access the grassy area. 
• The large gazebo behind the west side of the pool might be rented, please keep some distance from that area in case it is in use. 
• The baby pool and splash park will be closed for the duration of the meet.
• Concessions: There will be a great selection of food. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. 
• Kona Ice and Tom’s Coffee will be at the meet from 8am to 1pm!

Parking Info: 

See the attached parking map.  Make sure to be considerate of the residents that live close to the pool regarding improperly parked cars. All attendees MUST adhere to the parking rules or the residents will call for towing/ticketing.

Park in the pool and school parking lots FIRST. Then park along E. Southshore Drive.

NO PARKING:

• In front of any houses, driveways, side streets or access ways
• Close to intersections
• Do NOT block bike lanes
• Park at least a car length from any turn lane or stop sign.
• It’s illegal to park in front of any mailboxes and fire hydrants.

BE COURTEOUS: Do not leave trash on the street. When leaving the meet, please be sure to throw away all your trash in designated trash cans and avoid leaving trash in the parking area and the surrounding areas.

General Information:

• SEATING: Home and Visiting team tents can be set up inside and outside the Pool fence (see attached map). Set up will be on a first come, first serve basis. 
• Restrooms/locker rooms located on the pool deck are the only area of the building that is available. 
• NO TENT STAKES ALLOWED, ONLY TENT WEIGHTS (There are sprinklers close to the surface of the ground and no stakes will be allowed ANYWHERE)
• DO NOT ENTER OR EXIT through the Lighthouse Clubhouse building (CLUBHOUSE IS OFF-LIMITS)
• DO NOT USE ANY OF THE POOL DECK FURNITURE
• DO NOT USE THE CLIMBING ROCK, THE KIDDIE POOL, OR THE PLAY STRUCTURE INSIDE THE POOL FENCE **THESE AREAS ARE OFF LIMITS AT ALL TIMES**
• NO DOGS ALLOWED IN ALL AREAS.
