WARM-UP TIME: 6:30-6:45

Parking:  Piney Creek has two parking lots, one next to the tennis courts adjacent to the pool and one across the street. It may be necessary to park in the neighborhoods that surround the pool. Parking on S Joplin Way is allowed, however, please make sure to note any street signs with restrictions. Parking where there is crosshatch is off-limits.

Team set-up & viewing: All families should set-up outside the pool deck in any of the grassy areas. Personal tents and chairs are not allowed inside the pool area. We will have parent viewing areas located at the end of the pool as well as a parent viewing canopy near the kiddy pool.

Volunteers: Volunteer check-in tables will be located under the wood arbor behind the starting blocks. Volunteer meetings @ 7:00am. • Timers will meet under the wood arbor. Please have both first and second shift volunteers attend the timer meeting. • Stroke & Turn will meet by the start end of the pool near lane 1. Please have both first and second shift S&T attend the meeting. • Heating will meet under the wood arbor. Please have both first and second shift volunteers attend the timer meeting.

Concessions: The menu includes breakfast burritos, pancakes, fresh fruit, coffee and more in the morning. We will have hot dogs, burgers, brats, pizza and nachos for lunch. There will also be a variety of healthy snacks and not so healthy special summer swim snacks and drinks throughout the day. They will accept both cash and Venmo.

Warmups - 6:20-7:20

Parking Info - Parking will be permitted in the school parking lot across from the pool and anywhere up and down Clarke Farms Drive. Ideally, it is best to fill the school parking lot first and then park along Clarke Farms Drive. Please do not block driveways in the residential areas - and be considerate to the neighbors. Please allow at least a car length from any turn lane or stop sign.

Tent Setup - Heating will be inside the pool area. Set up in the following areas as we will NOT be allowed to set up on the pool deck:

• Families can pre set-up tents after 8pm until 9/9:15 on Friday (7/10)
• Baseball fields across street also available

Concessions - They will have a variety of snacks and drinks; Breakfast Burritos, and Hot Dogs/ Hamburgers for a lunch option. Please send me the list of coaches so that we can provide food for them during the meet. They accept Cash and Venmo (no credit cards).

Parking: You can park in the upper parking lot by the clubhouse, the lower parking lot by the pool, or on the streets surrounding the clubhouse and pool, being careful of homes and driveways. If you park on East Glasgow Drive please be sure to only park on the northside of the street. There is also parking at Black Forest Hills Elementary on East Glasgow Drive. 

Visiting Team Set up: No "camping"/tents inside the pool area. Visiting teams can set up on the grassy areas outside the pool. There is a gate at the back of the pool to access the grassy area. The large gazebo behind the west side of the pool might be rented, please keep some distance from that area in case it is in use. The baby pool and splash park will be closed for the duration of the meet.

Concessions: Look forward to a great selection of food! In the morning, they will have breakfast burritos, donuts, fruit, Cup of Noodles, coffee and hot chocolate. Later, our grill master they will cook up burgers and hotdogs. There will also be candy, chips, and beverages. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Kona Ice and Tom’s Coffee will be at the meet from 8am to 1pm!
