6&U swimmers are invited to bring their favorite stuffed animal to a post-practice breakfast picnic - donuts and juice will be provided. This relaxed, low pressure gathering gives our youngest swimmers a chance to meet teammates, make new friends, and build excitement for the season. |

Arrival: 6:40 a.m. Warmups - 6:50 - 7:05 (11 and older) 7:05 - 7:20 (10 and under) Meet Theme - Favorite Sports Team - Rep you favorite team with a jersey, hat, flag or any additional spirit! Parking Info - You can park in the upper parking lot by the clubhouse, the lower parking lot by the pool, or on the streets surrounding the clubhouse and pool, being careful of homes and driveways. If you park on East Glasgow Drive please be sure to only park on the northside of the street. There is also parking at Black Forest Hills Elementary. Concessions - Look forward to a great selection of food! In the morning we will have breakfast burritos, donuts, fruit, Cup of Noodles, coffee and hot chocolate. Later, our grill master will be cooking up burgers and hotdogs. There will also be candy, chips, and beverages. Cash and credit cards are accepted! Tent Set up: No "camping"/tents inside the pool area. Visiting teams can set up on the grassy areas outside the pool. There is a gate at the back of the pool to access the grassy area. The large gazebo behind the west side of the pool might be rented, please keep some distance from that area in case it is in use. The baby pool and splash park will be closed for the duration of the meet. *****This is a 6 lane - meters pool... Your entry times will be different/converted, and you will feel like the swim is longer***** |

Please sign up for a time slot to limit wait times. *Wear your team suit or a black suit.* Team Photo Day – Here's How It Works We're excited to be photographing your team this season! Here's a quick rundown of how our process works. There are no group riser setups. We discontinued using risers because of the risk of injury and liability concerns. Team photos are built by compositing each individual photo together using background extraction technology (example). After their individual photo is taken, kids can leave. Everyone still needs a photo so they appear in the team photo, coaches, this includes you too. There's no obligation to order. What to expect:
Ordering is done through secure private online proofing, you'll see your photos before you buy. Photos go live within 2-3 weeks of picture day. Parents can choose from several background options for their individual photos at no extra cost. A free shipping promo code will be available for the first 48 hours after your photos go live. |

Mock Meet

Warmups will begin at 6pm for swimmers 11 and older and 6:15 for swimmers 10&U. Our Mock Meet will begin at 6:30 and should conclude just before 7pm. Copies of the heat sheet will be provided. This is our annual "practice meet" which gives swimmers a chance to see what it's like to report to heating and get lined up for their events. Note, all swimmers who attend this event will swim a 25 freestyle regardless of age. Please sign up to attend the mock meet! This will be different than past years...we will NOT be serving food, doing parent stations, etc. since we want to get everyone home before an early Saturday morning start. We will distribute a meet program, have kids practice getting to heating and behind the blocks, and have parents practice timing. |
