Warmups: 7:00 am (11+ swimmers) / 7:10 am (10&U) *swimmers in medley relays should report to heating by 7:50.*

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled Warmup. See map for team setup area below...be respectful of the visiting team's seating area.

Swimmers, please check in with coaches upon arrival! Volunteers will receive an email with more information from Laura. Be sure to check in at the front when you arrive.

If you are able, please stay through the entire meet even if your child is done. We always seem to need relay substitutions and you don't want to miss the best event of the day - our coaches' relay!

BIG FISH - please find your little fish and take them to the Big Fish / Little Fish table (off the main walkway just before you get to the competition pool) for a fun activity!

Personal tents may be set up starting at 7:15pm (remember, our board members set up first). The pool will close as soon as meet setup is complete, likely around 7:45pm.

THE RECREATION POOL IS CLOSED DURING MEETS.

Swimmers found in the recreation pool may be asked to leave the meet.

Meet Start / End: 8:00am - 1pm (estimate)

Parking: See image for details. NEW THIS YEAR: No parking along the SOUTH side of Lone Tree Parkway.

How do I know what events my swimmer is in?! In the SwimTopia App, click on the meet and you’ll be able to see what events your swimmer is in…including relays they are assigned to! Now you know where to look on the heat sheet to find their Event / Heat / Lane information. Heat sheets are posted on the event page as well. Printed copies will not be available - print at home!
